Cancellation and
No-Show Policy

We appreciate your time and kindly request that you provide at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

This notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who are on our waiting list and seeking services.

Please be aware that if an appointment is missed or canceled without the required 8 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. This fee is non-refundable.

Our Cancellation/No-show Policy is strictly enforced.

Tardiness Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We understand that delays can happen.

If you anticipate being late, please give us a call to let us know.

Should you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your service, and a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service(s) will apply.

Unfortunately, this fee is non-refundable.
